1 – YOUR BUSINESS TIP
Do you know why your clients leave or stop working with you?
Do you survey your clients to check in on how they are feeling and their level of satisfaction?
I heard recently that many clients – particularly in the coaching arena – leave because they are overwhelmed with just too much to do.
We know how much work goes into getting a client so we believe it’s important to focus on KEEPING your clients too. Let’s share some ideas on how to do that.
Solution:
A phrase I use a lot is ‘managing expectations’ – that’s all about helping your clients know what to expect, and when.
As an example I can share some basics around what we do here – especially in our 90dayaccelerator membership.
We make it clear that there are 2 x zoom calls each month and we know that it’s our job to remind our clients about them. We do that by email, in our members facebook group and also by giving them a members calendar they can download to see all of our events at a glance.
Our clients also have access to a members hub which means they can access resources and information 24/7/365 and the front page even includes quick links to their zoom calls and their facebook groups.
We have a Whatsapp group for faster messaging and we also remind them – and send links – for their Full Day Quarterly Workshops online and also the mid-Quarter Check in workshop too.
I’m keeping this short as I’m hosting the mid-Quarter afternoon session this afternoon.
So it’s about
- Managing Expectations
- Living up to/exceeding them
- Being Consistent
- Being Clear
- No overwhelm, just clear guidance and next steps (which vary from client to client)
This is a quick outline of just some of the things I/we do.
What does YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE look like?
Write it down and see how you can improve it.

2 – YOUR MARKETING/LINKEDIN TIP
Let’s start the week with a bit of motivation, shall we?
Take a look at this post:
So, let me explain what’s going on here:
One single sentence generated 1,217 likes, 303 comments, and 35 reposts.
With 9 words, Justin generated an incredible amount of engagement.
Now, there are 2 takeaways for you:
1) Timing matters:
A.I. is a trending topic these days. Everyone seems to be talking about it.
With this post, Justin is taking advantage of that and riding the trend to get more exposure.
2) Your track record matters:
Justin can get away with one-liner posts because people already trust and pay attention to him.
If you’re just starting out as a creator, you probably will have to bring more value with your content at first.
But, here’s where the Monday Motivation comes in:
Imagine in a few weeks, when you’ve already built a nice little audience that engages with your content consistently.
You can create a post like this in 10 seconds, and get away with it.
And a nice little audience is all you need 😉
Solution:
One of our most difficult things when it comes to posting regularly on LinkedIn is coming up with consistent ideas for content and what content works best for your business.
We’ve created a 32-page E-Book full of our collective knowledge on LinkedIn. What works best and what strategies will get you more leads from LinkedIn.
